WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN
WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING

Guest: Branko Milisković

Branko Milisković is a Belgrade artist currently living in the Hague, the Netherlands/ Hamburg, Germany. His works and performances were shown in Venice, Turin, Alba (Italy), Hamburg, Giessen (Germany), Brussels (Belgium), Krems (Austria), Moscow (Russia), as well as in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht and other cities in the Netherlands.
He participated in the Glasshouse residency programme in Tel Aviv, Israel where he developed a performance titled INGRESSION consisting of interviews with 24 Israelis throughout a 24-hour period. Every interview lasted exactly an hour and the artist edited the 24-hour material, ending up with a video that lasts 24 minutes.
“In the performance INGRESSION, I dig into selected bodies, therefore digging into a certain territory, striving to capture the essence of the problem and justify my presence in the chosen territory”.
Branko Milisković will be sharing with the audience both his experiences of producing such a video and his plans for the future after the showing of his work and the interview he gave to Eitan Buganim.
